Turkey Meat Patties (histamine-free)

The perfect turkey meat patties (histamine-free) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Minced turkey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 disc Yeast-Free spelled bread
  • 4 Stalk Chopped parsley
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 1 toe Chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
  1. Soak the bread and squeeze it out
  2. Dice the onion and sauté lightly in a little fat
  3. Finely dice the garlic and briefly add to the fat
  4. Mix the minced meat, bread mixture, onions, garlic with the egg and chopped parsley thoroughly, then season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder
  5. Shape beautiful meatballs / mince steaks / meat cakes with moistened hands and fry them in hot fat for about 5-7 minutes on each side
