Turkey Meat Patties (histamine-free)

  • 500 g Minced turkey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 slice Yeast-Free spelled bread
  • 4 stem Chopped parsley
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 1 clove Chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp Sweet paprika powder


  • Soak the bread and squeeze it out
  • Dice the onion and sauté lightly in a little fat
  • Finely dice the garlic and briefly add to the fat
  • Mix the minced meat, bread mixture, onions, garlic with the egg and chopped parsley thoroughly, then season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder
  • Shape beautiful meatballs / mince steaks / meat cakes with moistened hands and fry them in hot fat for about 5-7 minutes on each side
