Turkey Meat Patties (histamine-free)
The perfect turkey meat patties (histamine-free) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Minced turkey
- 1 Egg
- 1 disc Yeast-Free spelled bread
- 4 Stalk Chopped parsley
- 1 Fresh onion
- 1 toe Chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
- Soak the bread and squeeze it out
- Dice the onion and sauté lightly in a little fat
- Finely dice the garlic and briefly add to the fat
- Mix the minced meat, bread mixture, onions, garlic with the egg and chopped parsley thoroughly, then season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder
- Shape beautiful meatballs / mince steaks / meat cakes with moistened hands and fry them in hot fat for about 5-7 minutes on each side
