Texan Frying Pan
The perfect texan frying pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Red pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 piece Garlic
- 500 g Beef fillet
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 300 ml Tomatoes happened
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 small Corn can
- 3 tsp Tabasco
- 200 g Flatbread
- Salt
- Pepper
- Wash and core the paprika and cut into pieces. Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Pat dry the beef fillet and cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the fillet strips all around for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the meat from the pan. Fry the paprika pieces, onion cubes and garlic in the roasting tray. Deglaze with tomatoes and broth, bring to the boil and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Drain the corn, add to the paprika vegetables with the fillet strips. Heat briefly. Season well with Tabasco, salt and pepper and serve with flatbread. Have fun cooking and be hungry
