Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Turkey thigh
  • 2 Onions
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Carrots
  • 250 g Mushrooms brown
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 750 g Waxy potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 150 ml Water
  • 100 ml White wine

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onions into wedges, halve the garlic cloves. Peel, wash and cut the carrots into pieces. Clean and wash the mushrooms. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into pieces. Wash the peppers, remove the white tendons and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Wash the meat, pat dry. Cut the bone into pieces approx. 2 cm in size.
  • Put all the prepared ingredients in a large bowl. Add honey, paprika powder and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well. Then distribute it on the drip pan of the oven and pour in the white wine and water. Cook in a preheated oven at 225 ° C for about 1 hour. Cover with aluminum foil 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Sour cream tastes good with it.
