Turkey Meat from Tray
The perfect turkey meat from tray recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Turkey thigh approx 1.2 kg
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 3 Onions
- 3 Carrots
- 400 g Mushrooms
- 750 g Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Liquid honey
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 200 ml Broth
- Salt pepper
- Aluminum foil
- Peel the onions and garlic.
- Cut the onions into wedges, halve the garlic.
- Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into pieces.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut in half.
- Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into 4 cm pieces from the bone.
- Put all the prepared ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add honey, paprika powder and oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well.
- Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for a while.
- Then distribute on the drip pan of the oven and pour over the broth.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° for about 1 hour. Cover with aluminum foil after approx. 40 minutes.
