Turkey Meat from Tray

The perfect turkey meat from tray recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Turkey thigh approx 1.2 kg
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Onions
  • 3 Carrots
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 200 ml Broth
  • Salt pepper
  • Aluminum foil
  1. Peel the onions and garlic.
  2. Cut the onions into wedges, halve the garlic.
  3. Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into pieces.
  4. Clean the mushrooms and cut in half.
  5. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into 4 cm pieces from the bone.
  6. Put all the prepared ingredients in a large bowl.
  7. Add honey, paprika powder and oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well.
  8. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for a while.
  9. Then distribute on the drip pan of the oven and pour over the broth.
  10. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° for about 1 hour. Cover with aluminum foil after approx. 40 minutes.
