Turkey breast fillet with cranberry sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream (10%)
  • 1 jar cranberries
  • 4 turkey breast fillets, 200 g each
  • 3 dashes of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp, leveled spice mix roast seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sprinkle the turkey breast fillets with the roasting seasoning and fry them vigorously in a pan with hot olive oil. Then remove them and place them in a bowl. Place the bowl in an oven preheated to approximately 70°C to keep warm. Add the cranberries and their juices to the frying fat, stir, and bring to a boil. Then add the sour cream and mix. Season to taste with a little salt and soy sauce. Pour the sauce over the turkey breast fillets and serve. We serve it with spaetzle and mixed vegetables.
