Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 330 ml vinegar (e.g. from Gebhard)
- 200 g sugar
- 70 g salt
- 2 tbsp Maggi
- 1 liter of water
- n. B. Oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
for almost every salad
Boil 500 ml of water and dissolve the sugar and salt in it. Now add the cold Maggi, vinegar, and the remaining water and stir well. Pour into a 1.5 l PET bottle and let cool. Now add approximately 150 ml or more to each salad bowl, depending on your preference. Then add oil as needed and stir. It will keep for 1 year in the refrigerator.
