Hawaiian Turkey Breast

  • Pepper

  • 4 Discs Pineapple
  • 100 ml Pineapple juice

  • 4 Discs Cooked ham
  • 150 g Grated mountain cheese
  • 4 tsp Cranberries
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil

  • 150 ml Coconut milk
  • 200 ml Poultry broth

  1. Bring the coconut milk and stock with the rice to a boil in a saucepan. Cover and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes.

  3. Season the turkey breast pieces with salt, pepper and curry. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the turkey breast pieces for about 4 minutes on each side, remove and place in a greased casserole dish and top each with a slice of cooked ham
  4. Briefly fry the pineapple on both sides in the frying fat, remove and place on the turkey breast pieces covered with the cooked ham.
