Turkey fillet with Brussels sprouts

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 300 g Brussels sprouts
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml water
  • oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Wash the meat, pat dry, and dice. Peel and dice the potatoes. Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut a cross into the stem. Wash, core, and slice the apple. Brown the meat cubes in oil in a roasting pan, add the potato cubes, and fry. Add the Brussels sprouts and apple slices and mix. Deglaze with milk and water. Season with salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for about 30 minutes.
