Turkey breast with avocado sauce on rice

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 turkey breast fillets
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 ml broth, clear
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil water for the rice. Add 50 ml of hot water to the clear broth. Halve the avocados, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a tablespoon, and collect it in a bowl. Mash with a fork and stir in the lemon juice. Squeeze the garlic clove and add it. Add broth as needed. Mix well again with a fork. Add salt and pepper, add the cream, and stir everything in well. Season again with salt and pepper. Do not reheat the avocado cream. Wash the meat, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Melt the clarified butter in a pan and fry the turkey breast for about seven to eight minutes on each side. Meanwhile, cook the rice until tender. Serve the rice, turkey breast, and avocado sauce on plates.
