Turkey breast with spinach and whole wheat pasta

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 150 g turkey breast
  • 250 g spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 60 g whole wheat pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly nutmeg

Sauté the diced onions in oil until translucent, add the turkey breast, cut into bite-sized pieces, and sear on all sides. Finally, season with salt and pepper, set aside, and keep warm. Wash and sort the spinach (thaw frozen spinach), then braise it slightly, season with salt and pepper, and add a pinch of nutmeg if desired. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain, and toss with the spinach. Serve on a plate and add the meat.
