Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 large onion(s), diced
- 2 bell peppers, red or yellow, diced
- 3 gherkins, diced
- 1 small can of tomatoes, peeled
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Fry the chicken breast fillet in oil and keep warm. Add the onion to the frying fat and fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Fry the bell peppers for 5 minutes. Add the peeled tomatoes and gherkins and simmer until the tomatoes are hot. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
