Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of turkey breast
- 500 g quark
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 half cucumber(s), grated
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 m.-sized onion(s), cut into rings
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slowly fry the turkey breast in 2 tablespoons of oil on both sides until cooked through. Meanwhile, mix the quark with yogurt, garlic, cucumber, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Serve the turkey breast with the tzatziki and garnish with the onion rings. Serve with French fries, baguette, or rice.
