Turkey Broccoli Rolls
The perfect turkey broccoli rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Turkey schnitzel
- 5 Pc. Cooked broccoli rashers
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese garden herbs
- 25 g Feta
- Some oil
- Salt pepper
- 100 ml White wine, semi-dry
- 1 Pc. Finely diced onion
- Knock the turkey escalope flat, season with salt and pepper. Cut the broccoli and feta into small pieces, mix with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Cover the schnitzel with it, roll up and secure with twine, toothpicks or roulade needles.
- Fry in the oil on all sides over high heat. Remove from the pan, sauté the onion in the oil, deglaze with white wine. Loosen the roast set.
- Now you can add poultry broth, let the turkey rolls stand in it for about 30 minutes and then conjure up a sauce from the liquid. I still had sauce over that I used.
