Ingredients
- 1 kg Turkey breast
- 3 Egg Whites
- 2 medium Fresh onion
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 50 g Oat flakes
- 1 Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp Minced meat seasoning
- 2 tsp Mustard medium hot
- Hack seasoning mix
- 10 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
- 10 tsp Salt
- 5 tsp Curry
- 5 tsp Dried marjoram
- 5 tsp Black pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp Pimento
- 0,5 tsp Ground caraway
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Onion powder
Instructions
- 1 Cut the turkey breast into long strips and pass through a meat grinder.
- Dice the onions, chop the garlic and mix with the egg white, the oats, mustard, Worchester sauce and the spices.
- Meatballs (I come from Hessen 😉 Shape and fry. A 100 gram meatball has around 20 grams of protein.
- Spice mixture: Put all the ingredients together, grind and store in a screw-top jar.
