Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Turkey breast
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 2 medium Fresh onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 50 g Oat flakes
  • 1 Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp Minced meat seasoning
  • 2 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • Hack seasoning mix
  • 10 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 10 tsp Salt
  • 5 tsp Curry
  • 5 tsp Dried marjoram
  • 5 tsp Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Pimento
  • 0,5 tsp Ground caraway
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Onion powder

Instructions
 

  • 1 Cut the turkey breast into long strips and pass through a meat grinder.
  • Dice the onions, chop the garlic and mix with the egg white, the oats, mustard, Worchester sauce and the spices.
  • Meatballs (I come from Hessen 😉 Shape and fry. A 100 gram meatball has around 20 grams of protein.
  • Spice mixture: Put all the ingredients together, grind and store in a screw-top jar.
