Instructions
Wraps:
- Mix the flour and baking powder, then knead the olive oil and water well and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours in foil! Then divide into 8 parts and roll out approx. 3mm each. Then fry briefly in a coated pan or with rapeseed oil until bubbles form, then turn over.
Preheat the oven to 50 degrees!
- Place the wraps on top of each other on a plate and keep them warm in the oven! If you want to roll it traditionally, wrap it with cling film. Then they won't break when rolling!
Turkey chilli mince:
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions in it, then add the minced meat, garlic and tomato paste. Fry crumbly! Then add peppers, tomatoes, carrots and corn, continue frying a little and then deglaze with red wine! Clean, wash, finely chop the chilli pepper, add.
- Season with cumin, paprika powder, garlic pepper, salt. Add fresh herbs!
- Wash the salad and pluck it roughly! Normally you take ice cream salad. But I have lettuce in my raised bed and of course I'll take that! 🙂
- So! Now brush the wraps with sour cream and guacamole, add the grated cheese, spread the lettuce on top and top with the turkey and chilli mince. I just folded the wrap, but you can also roll it! 🙂
- N good ones! 🙂
