Turkey curry casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey breast
  • 250 ml curry sauce
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • chili salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Simple and delicious

Cut the turkey breast into cubes. Brown in a pan with oil. Dice the zucchini and brown briefly with the meat, then add to a casserole dish. Dice the tomatoes and scatter over the meat. Whisk together the curry sauce, milk, and a tablespoon of the crème fraîche, and season. Pour over the meat and vegetables. Drop the remaining crème fraîche in small dots. Place the casserole dish in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 minutes. Serve with rice, and for a more Asian-style dish, add pineapple.
