Turkey curry for lazy people

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels, e.g. ready-made product marinated with curry
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 20 cocktail tomatoes
  • 4 tsp, heaped curry powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup sweet cream, approx. 100 g
  • 8 tbsp dried fruit
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

for a casserole dish

Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Wash and chop the bell peppers. Cut the marinated turkey cutlets into bite-sized cubes. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Transfer everything to a baking dish. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes on the middle rack. Serve with a slice of white bread or some rice and enjoy.
