Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 400 g potatoes
- 100 ml milk, 1.5%
- 2 tbsp cream cheese with paprika and pepper
- 1 tbsp herb cream cheese
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
First, peel, wash, and dice the potatoes, then fry them in a pan with a little olive oil. Prepare the onion and garlic, add them to the potatoes, tossing occasionally. Clean the chicken breast fillet, cut into equal pieces, and add them to the pan with the potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then stir in the cream cheese and milk and mix everything well. The cooking time in the pan should take about 10-15 minutes. Finally, pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake in the oven at approximately 180 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes. A delicious leaf salad goes well with the chicken and potato casserole.
