Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 turkey breast fillets, each 200 g approx.
- Buckwheat, ground
- 6 peppercorns, ground
- Salt
- 1 egg(s)
- Grated coconut
- Olive oil and butter in equal parts, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
gluten-free, dairy-free
Mix ground buckwheat with salt and pepper, and toss the fillets in it. Dip in the beaten egg, then toss to coat. Roll in coconut and shake dry. Slowly fry in hot olive oil and butter until golden brown on both sides, reducing the heat by half.
