Ingredients

  • 2 Turkey breast fillet approx. 1kg
  • 3 Stale rolls
  • 50 g Diced Bacon
  • 50 g Roasted onions
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cream 10% fat
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Garlic pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Twine

Instructions

  • Heat a pan without oil and fry the diced bacon in it until crispy! Allow to cool slightly!
  • Cut the bread into cubes and place in a bowl! Add fried onions, eggs, bacon and half of the cream! Knead it! And let go! After 10 minutes knead again and add more cream until a slightly soft dough is formed! Add parsley!
  • Place the turkey fillet horizontally on a board. Scrape the fillet horizontally along the tendon with a sharp meat knife, do not cut! This is how you get more meat! Then cut it in half! See pictures! Lay the fillet so that the tendon is facing you! Then slide the knife behind the string and remove the string completely! Open / cut the halved fillet lengthways until you can fill it nicely!

Preheat the oven to 140 degrees!

  • Place the filling lengthways as a sausage on the turkey meat, so that 1 cm is free on the right and left! A little pepper and salt and roll up! Tie with 4 knots!
  • Then season the rolls with salt, pepper, paprika powder and garlic pepper!
  • In the pan where the bacon was left out, add a little oil, heat and fry the rolls on all sides! Put in the pan (without plastic etc.) or in a baking dish in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes!
  • Of course, also goes in the pan!
