Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g turkey breast fillet(s)
- 800 g zucchini
- 1 stalk(s) leek, large
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp oil
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- Thyme

Wash the meat, pat dry, and cut into equal-sized cubes. Clean and slice the zucchini and leek. Peel and dice the garlic. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the prepared ingredients (about 5 minutes). Season with pepper, salt, and thyme to taste. Mix the vegetable stock with the tomato paste and add to the pan, bring to a boil briefly, and serve. Serve with rice or baguette.
