Turkey Gyros in Flatbread

Marinated turkey meat

  • 400 g Turkey breast fresh
  • 2 toes Fresh garlic
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 pinch Marjoram spice
  • 1 pinch Sweet paprika
  • 1 piece Scarlet
  • 2 small Snack peppers
  • 6 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil

ingredients

  • 1 piece Flatbread
  • 200 g Coleslaw
  • 200 g Tzaziki curd
  • 50 g Iceberg lettuce
  • 50 g Cucumber fresh
  • 2 piece Peperoncini

The turkey breast in marinade
