Pan-fried Gyros with Tzatziki and Flatbread

The perfect pan-fried gyros with tzatziki and flatbread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Gyro pan TK (Here: From Aldi Nord!)
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 Red onions approx. 150 g
  • 1 Cup Plucked parsley
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 1 pack Tzatziki 200 g
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Flatbread
  1. Fry the gyros vigorously in a pan with oil (2 tbsp) without defrosting. Peel the red onions, cut into rings and add to the gyro pan. Finally, wash the parsley, shake it dry, pluck it and add it to the pan. Season with ground cumin (½ teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches). Serve pan giros with tzatziki and flatbread, garnished with half a tomato.
