Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey breast
- 250 ml chili sauce
- 250 ml cream
- 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cut the turkey breast into cubes. Brown it in a pan with oil and then place it in a baking dish. Sprinkle with Emmental cheese. Whisk the chili sauce with the cream and pour it over the cheese. Place the crème fraîche on top in small dots. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
