Turkey Leg with Potatoes & Brussels Sprouts – Bacon – Carrots.

The perfect turkey leg with potatoes & brussels sprouts – bacon – carrots. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Turkey leg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • 1 shot Germ oil
  • Dried rosemary
  • 3 Pc. Potatoes, cut lengthways
  • 40 g Thin strips of bacon
  • 8 Pc. Brussels sprouts fresh
  • 1 Pc. Carrots
  • Salted water
  • Clarified butter
  • Salt and pepper

Brush the turkey leg:

  1. Mix the paprika + salt with the oil, coat the legs with it. Sprinkle with rosemary or put fresh ones on top. Place on a grid + slide underneath the drip pan. Cook at 170 ° C for about 1, 3 hours.

Side dishes :

  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut crosswise at the bottom. Blanch after 115 minutes, quench.
