- 2 Pc. Turkey leg
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
- 1 shot Germ oil
- Dried rosemary
- 3 Pc. Potatoes, cut lengthways
- 40 g Thin strips of bacon
- 8 Pc. Brussels sprouts fresh
- 1 Pc. Carrots
- Salted water
- Clarified butter
- Salt and pepper
Brush the turkey leg:
- Mix the paprika + salt with the oil, coat the legs with it. Sprinkle with rosemary or put fresh ones on top. Place on a grid + slide underneath the drip pan. Cook at 170 ° C for about 1, 3 hours.
Side dishes :
- Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut crosswise at the bottom. Blanch after 115 minutes, quench.
