Turkey Loves Sprouts
The perfect turkey loves sprouts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Turkey medallions
- 3 Carrots
- 1 pole Leek
- 200 g Sugar snap
- 200 g Bean sprouts fresh
- Vegetable broth
- Kikoman soy sauce
- Salt pepper
- Oil
- Sauce thickener dark
- Wash the medallions and cut them into bite-sized pieces
- Fry in hot oil
- Peel the carrots and cut into small cubes
- Add to the meat and steam with it
- Pour in some vegetable stock
- Cut the leek into rings and add to the pan
