Turkey medallions with bacon in Bressot sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 package of turkey meat (turkey medallions 400 g)
  • 1 pt. bacon, sliced
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150 g herb cream cheese
  • 60 g cream cheese spread
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp parsley, frozen
  • pepper
  • Mustard
  • 1 package of cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter, cut into flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Wash the turkey medallions, pat dry, brush with mustard, and wrap each with a slice of bacon. Slice the onion into thin rings. Grease a baking dish with a little butter and arrange the onion rings in it. Place the medallions in the dish and top with butter flakes. Bake in the oven at 175°C (convection oven) for about 35-40 minutes. Meanwhile, place the herb cream cheese, cream cheese, and cream in a saucepan and heat until the cheese has melted. Season with pepper and stir in the parsley. Pour the sauce over the medallions during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Sprinkle with halved cocktail tomatoes before serving and enjoy with pasta or rice.
