Turkey Mini Steaks with Broccoli
The perfect turkey mini steaks with broccoli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Broccoli approx. 500 g / trimmed in florets / cut approx. 300 g
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Instant vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Strong pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 Strong pinches of colored pepper from the mill
- 2 Turkey mini steaks à 75 g (here: From Aldi Nord)
- 4 Strong pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill
- 4 Strong pinches of colored pepper from the mill
- 4 Strong pinches of mild curry powder
- 4 Strong pinches of chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp Oil / here: Sun & Olive from THOMY
- 0,5 Tomato for garnish
- Clean the broccoli, cut into florets, do not use the firm stalk, rinse well, boil it in salted water (1 teaspoon) with vegetable stock (1 teaspoon) for about 8 minutes, drain through a kitchen sieve, rinse in cold water and in a hot saucepan in butter ( 1 tbsp) toss and salt (2 big pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill) and pepper (big pinches of colored pepper from the mill). Season the turkey mini steaks on both sides (2 big pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill, 2 big pinches of colored pepper from the mill, 2 big pinches of mild curry powder and 2 big pinches of chilli flakes) and in 2 tablespoons of oil (here: sun & olive from THOMY) fry for 3 minutes on both sides. Serve turkey mini steaks garnished with broccoli and tomato halves.
