Broccoli Sauce with Macaroni and Strips of Turkey Fillet

The perfect broccoli sauce with macaroni and strips of turkey fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Macaroni
  • 1 piece Broccoli
  • 0,5 bottle Rama Cremefine 7%
  • 1 tbsp Herbal cream cheese
  • 4 piece Turkey fillet
  1. Cook the pasta as usual in salted water until it is firm to the bite
  2. Fry the turkey fillets in a pan on both sides
  3. Pluck the broccoli into small florets and blanch. Then grind with cremefine and herb cheese with a mixer, so that a nice sauce is created. Season to taste with salt, pepper and spices.
  4. Put the sauce on the noodles, cut the turkey fillets into strips, decorate them over the sauce and serve.
