Turkey Mushroom Pot

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Turkey meat
  • 400 g Forest mushrooms or champignons
  • 150 ml Cremfine for cooking
  • 300 ml Broth
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut turkey meat into pieces. Clean and quarter mushrooms (I took frozen ones from the supply). Cut the onion into small pieces.
  • Mix all the previous ingredients, season well, if you like, you can also add chilli. Pour into a casserole or in the Fries pot, pour in the broth. Let cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours. Every now and then check whether the broth is still sufficient, if necessary, add more.
  • Add the cream and simmer for another 10 minutes. Taste everything. I served it with mashed potatoes and parsley and carrot and kohlrabi vegetables.
