Turkey Cream – Strips

The perfect turkey cream – strips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 500 g Sliced ​​turkey
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 Toes Garlic
  • 1 pinch Lemongrass
  • 1 tsp Dried tarragon
  • Cooking oil, salt, pepper
  • 400 ml Liquid cream
  1. Fry the turkey slices in a pan while still hot. Then add the mushrooms and the diced onions, fry everything well until the liquid has evaporated. Deglaze with soy sauce.
  2. Add the cream and all the spices, squeeze the garlic. Let it boil down well. Finished.
  3. Serve with the pasta.
