Turkey Cream – Strips
The perfect turkey cream – strips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Pasta
- 500 g Sliced turkey
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 500 g Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 Toes Garlic
- 1 pinch Lemongrass
- 1 tsp Dried tarragon
- Cooking oil, salt, pepper
- 400 ml Liquid cream
- Fry the turkey slices in a pan while still hot. Then add the mushrooms and the diced onions, fry everything well until the liquid has evaporated. Deglaze with soy sauce.
- Add the cream and all the spices, squeeze the garlic. Let it boil down well. Finished.
- Serve with the pasta.
- Today it had to be really quick ….. the result was brilliant. I can only recommend it. Good Appetite
