Turkey noodle pan with peppers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • 1,000 g turkey schnitzel (filling)
  • 6 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tbsp Cremefine for cooking
  • salt and pepper
  • chili flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

WW suitable

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Slice the onions and bell peppers into strips. Cut the turkey schnitzel into strips and fry in 2 batches in 1 teaspoon of oil each, season with salt and pepper, and remove. Sauté the onions and bell peppers in the pan drippings and deglaze with broth. Season with salt, pepper, paprika flakes, and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the meat and heat through. Stir in the Cremefine sauce. Mix the pasta with the pan or serve it separately.
