Pasta with chicken fillet and tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 200 g turkey breast fillet(s) or chicken breast fillet
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small spring onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • some soy sauce or Maggi

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions (or until al dente, if you prefer). Cut the meat into thin strips and fry in hot oil in a pan. When the pasta is browned to your liking, add the pasta and fry briefly. Wash and dice the tomato. Peel the spring onion and slice into rings. Add both. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Serve with arugula or lamb’s lettuce. Tips: For a more attractive visual effect, halved cocktail tomatoes can be fried with the pasta. Farfalle (butterfly-shaped pasta) or tortiglioni (ribbed and twisted hollow pasta) work particularly well with this recipe.
