  • 250 g quark, 20%
  • 1 tbsp parsley, dried
  • 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • 1 tbsp chives, dried
  • 5 tbsp condensed milk, 4%
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix everything together. Tastes great over baked potatoes, but also as a dip with bread or meat.
