Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg turkey meat
- 750 g mushrooms, quartered
- 500 g onion(s), chopped
- 1 cup of cream cheese or more (possibly with herbs), 5%
- Parsley
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the turkey into strips, brown in a little hot oil in a large pan, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Sauté the mushrooms and onions in the pan. Add the meat back in and add 1-2 cups of cream cheese. Bring to a boil briefly and season to taste. Finally, sprinkle with parsley. Serve with rice.
