Turkey rice pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cups rice
  • salt water
  • 500 g turkey schnitzel (shredded, frozen)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp ketchup (curry ketchup)
  • ½ pack of ready-made salad dressing mix (dill herbs)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder
  • some parsley, possibly dried
  • some chili from the mill
  • some oil (sunflower oil) for frying
  • possibly peas

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

First, cook the rice in salted water as usual. It should still be firm to the bite. Sear the turkey strips until crisp. Slice the onion and sauté. Cook until thoroughly cooked, then stir in the rice. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, curry powder, chili, a little dill and herb mix, and curry ketchup, and mix well. Once everything is well blended, finally stir in the parsley (other herbs will work, depending on your taste) and serve hot. A cucumber salad with dill dressing goes perfectly with this dish. If desired, you can also add other vegetables (e.g., peas).
