Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 turkey breasts
- salt and pepper
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- n. B. Clarified butter
- 1 tbsp herbs, fresh
- 2 slices of cheese of your choice (e.g. Charactere, Cave Cheese, Gouda)
- e.g. cornflakes, finely ground
- some flour
- 1 egg(s)
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper. Coat first in flour, then in egg, and finally in very finely ground cornflakes. Brown vigorously in clarified butter for about 3 minutes on each side. Finely slice the onions and dice the garlic. Sauté in a little fat. Place the turkey breast in a greased baking dish (it also works if you leave it in the pan). Distribute the onions and garlic over the top and top with the cheese slices. Bake in a preheated oven (convection oven) to 180°C for about 30 minutes.
