Turkey Rolls tonnato

The perfect turkey rolls tonnato recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 20 thin slices Smoked turkey breast
  • 1 Can Tuna in its own juice
  • 0,5 Glass 106 g) Chopped capers
  • 25 g Sour cream
  • 75 g Light salad cream
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Drain the tuna and capers for the rolls. Chop capers. Tear up the tuna with a fork. Mix both with sour cream and salad cream. Season with pepper. Spread on the turkey breast slices and roll up. Refrigerate. Arrange on lettuce leaves.
