Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g turkey strips
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise or herb mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Ginger
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel the onion. Brown the onion and meat in a little oil in a pan. Season to taste and simmer over medium heat with the lid on until tender, stirring occasionally. Hard-boil the eggs. Refresh, peel, and dice. Meanwhile, wash and dice the tomatoes and bell peppers. Place them in a bowl with the corn and eggs, and mix in the mayo and sour cream. Once the meat is cooked, add it to the bowl with the vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly and season to taste. Serve with toast or baguette.
