Turkey schnitzel with curry fruit sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels, plain
  • 1 can of pineapple
  • 1 can/n peach(s)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • butter
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the turkey schnitzel and season with salt and curry powder. Sear and set aside (they’ll usually be cooked by then). Drain the canned fruit in a sieve and collect the juice. Melt a little butter in a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of flour, and stir. Then add about 1/4 liter of water and bring to a boil. Then add about half of the fruit juice, a pinch of salt, and about 1.5 tablespoons of curry powder. Bring to a boil again. Then add 2-3 tablespoons of the sour cream and stir. Finally, add the fruit. Let everything simmer for a good 5 minutes. Rice goes best with it.
