Vegan: Colorful Rice – Vegetables – Pan

The perfect vegan: colorful rice – vegetables – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Soy chunks sweet and sour
  • Meat cut
  • 0,5 pole Fresh + cut leek
  • 1 piece Fresh + cut peppers
  • 300 g Cooked rice
  • 1 shot Wok oil
  1. Heat the wok and the wok oil, add the cut leeks in them. Add the cut sweet and sour soy chunks and swirl everything well a few times.
  2. Now add the chopped paprika and swirl everything again.
  3. Add the boiled rice, which I boiled in vegetable broth beforehand, and stir everything well, if necessary, season.
