The perfect vegan: colorful rice – vegetables – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Soy chunks sweet and sour
- Meat cut
- 0,5 pole Fresh + cut leek
- 1 piece Fresh + cut peppers
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 1 shot Wok oil
- Heat the wok and the wok oil, add the cut leeks in them. Add the cut sweet and sour soy chunks and swirl everything well a few times.
- Now add the chopped paprika and swirl everything again.
- Add the boiled rice, which I boiled in vegetable broth beforehand, and stir everything well, if necessary, season.
Recommended side dish
- We had buttered broccoli with it
