Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 turkey steak(s), approx. 150 g
- some flour
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 tsp butter
- 30 g pineapple
- 30 g peach(s)
- 30 g pear(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 21 minutes
Season the turkey steak with salt and pepper and lightly flour it. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the steak over low heat for about 2-3 minutes per side. Keep warm, then drain the cooking oil. Melt the butter in the saucepan. Cut the fruit (I use canned fruit) into wedges and toss them in the hot butter, then pour over the steak. Dry rice is a good side dish.
