Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- salt and pepper
- Clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Salt and pepper the chicken breast, then coat it in flour. Place the forked egg on a plate. Dip the chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat it in sesame seeds. Add the mixture to the pan in which you heated the clarified butter. Fry until golden brown, then remove from the pan. Serve with a salad and baguette.
