Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 leek(s)
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 350 g Hungarian-style paprika sauce, ready-made product

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Trim, wash, and thinly slice the leeks. Trim, wash, and slice the bell peppers. Peel and roughly dice the onion. Season the turkey with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place it in a greased casserole dish and arrange the vegetables on top. Mix the cream and paprika sauce together and pour over the meat. Braise in a preheated oven (top/bottom heat 200°C, fan oven 160°C) for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
