Turkey Steaks with Fennel and Orange

The perfect turkey steaks with fennel and orange recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Discs Turkey breast steak
  • 4 Pc. Fenche bulbs
  • 1 Pc. Lemon fresh
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper
  • 100 ml Cream 10% fat
  • 0,5 teaspoon Rose paprika powder
  • 2 Pc. Orange / orange
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Season the turkey steaks with salt, pepper and paprika. Peel, fillet and slice the orange. Place 2-3 orange slices between 2 turkey steaks and pinch them with wooden skewers. Clean the fennel, remove the outer skin, wash the fennel and cut in half. Cook in plenty of boiling salted water with the lemon juice for about 20 minutes. Pouring off. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the steaks for about 6 minutes on both sides. Take out of the pan and keep warm. Deglaze the meat stock with the stock, stir in the cream and let it boil down a little. Fold in the peppercorns. Serve the turkey steaks with the sauce and the fennel.
