Turkey Steaks with Macadamia Crust

  • 75 gr Macadamia nut roasted and salted
  • 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 4 Discs Bacon
  • 75 g Soft butter
  • 750 g Cauliflower
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 10 small Turkey steaks
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onion
  1. Chop nuts. Peel and finely dice the onion. Cut the bacon into fine strips. Knead breadcrumbs, nuts, onions and bacon with butter.
  1. Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes.
  1. Wash the meat, pat dry. Fry in hot oil in an ovenproof pan for about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the nut mixture on the meat, press down.
