Turkey Steaks with Macadamia Crust

- 75 gr Macadamia nut roasted and salted
- 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 4 Discs Bacon
- 75 g Soft butter
- 750 g Cauliflower
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- 10 small Turkey steaks
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion
- Chop nuts. Peel and finely dice the onion. Cut the bacon into fine strips. Knead breadcrumbs, nuts, onions and bacon with butter.
- Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes.
- Wash the meat, pat dry. Fry in hot oil in an ovenproof pan for about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the nut mixture on the meat, press down.
- Bake in a hot oven at 175 ° C. for about 10-12 minutes. Drain the Brussels sprouts and season with nutmeg. Serve everything. Potato stew tastes good with it.
