Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg turkey breast
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 500 g mushrooms, fresh
- 100 g ham, diced
- 300 ml white wine
- 400 ml cream
- 100 ml chili sauce, sweet and hot
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet

Heat the oil in a high pan and fry the ham cubes. Dice the onions, add them and sauté until translucent. Wash the leek and cut it into fine rings, add it to the pan with the onions and sauté. Remove everything from the pan and set everything aside. Now cut the turkey breast into fine strips and then fry. Remove the seared turkey breast strips from the pan and cook the sliced mushrooms in it. Add the turkey breast, tomato paste and the onion/leek mixture back to the pan with the mushrooms and pour in the wine. Reduce the wine by half, add the cream and the chili sauce. Stir everything well and season with salt/pepper and sweet paprika and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with rice or fresh baguette.
