Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g pork, diced
  • 500 g beef, diced
  • 500 g smoked pork, diced
  • 500 g Mett sausages, sliced
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 g onion(s), diced
  • 500 g diced tomatoes
  • 500 g sour cream (herbs)
  • 500 g chili sauce, medium hot
  • herbs, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix everything together and cook in a roasting pan in the oven (200°C) for about 2.5 hours. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving. Tip: Serve with rice or baguette and a green salad.
