Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey breast
- 2 onions
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
- 1 pack of processed cheese, OR:
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- chili powder
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- some flour
- some oil for frying
- possibly soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the turkey breast into pieces and fry in a deep pan until almost cooked. Chop the onions and add them. Chop the bell peppers and fry them as well. Sprinkle the mixture with a little flour and stir. Add a cup of water and the vegetable stock. Then add the tomatoes, processed cheese (or crème fraîche), diced feta, and seasoning. Simmer until the cheese is melted, then season to taste (add a little more soy sauce if desired). Serve with rice, potatoes, or pasta.
