Turkey strips, vegetables and rice stir-fry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g turkey meat, shredded
  • 2 m.-sized carrot(s), halved, then sliced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), orange, green or yellow, diced
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks (broadleaf), halved, sliced
  • 4 thin spring onions, sliced
  • 2 medium-sized red onions, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 200 g rice (natural wild rice mix)
  • 3 pinch(s) spice mix for poultry, approx.
  • 3 pinch(s) garlic salt, approx.
  • 4 tbsp oil / fat
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Brown the turkey strips with 2 onions in 2 tablespoons of oil/fat over medium heat, season with garlic salt and poultry seasoning. Then transfer to a bowl and set aside. Cook 200g of rice according to the instructions, then set aside. Remove the pan from the turkey strips, heat 2 tablespoons of oil/fat, then add the carrots, bell peppers, broad leek, spring onions, and garlic one after the other and sauté until softened. Season to taste. Then add the rice and turkey strips, stir, let warm through—done!
